This policy explains how Canada Peptide Testing handles information submitted through this website and during a testing request.

Information we collect

We collect the contact and account details you provide, sample descriptions, requested tests, billing information, shipping and sample history, and communications. Technical records help operate and secure the website.

How information is used

Information is used to review requests, arrange sample intake, provide updates, process payments, issue reports, maintain quality records, and investigate service or security issues. Please include only information relevant to your inquiry or sample.

Private accounts and public reports

Account and request details are restricted to the client and authorized service personnel. Certificate sharing is agreed with the client. A public report may show the client display name, vendor, batch, sample photograph, methods, results, and dates. Private contact email addresses are not included in the public registry. A certificate excluded from the registry can still be opened by anyone with its report number or direct link; unlisted does not mean password-protected.

Public reports can be downloaded and shared by visitors. Contact us if an identifying field needs correction or you have a concern about a public record.

Website services and storage

The testing form can remember an unfinished request on your device for up to 14 days when you choose that option. This includes sample and contact details. Turn the option off or choose “Start fresh” to clear the saved request. Shared devices should not remember private requests.

Hosting, file storage, email delivery, and configured analytics services process information needed to run the site. Sign-in uses a session cookie. Optional usage analytics load only when you enable them above. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Account, staff, tracking, payment, sign-in and individual report pages are excluded. Analytics omit URL parameters, form values and sample details; referring links are reduced to their website origin. With analytics enabled, public-page loading and interaction measurements (LCP, INP and CLS) are recorded without form values or report identifiers. Service providers may process information outside Canada.

The automated assistant

When you send a chat message, its conversation history is sent to the configured AI provider: Anthropic for the request-capable assistant, or Google Gemini for questions only. Chat is optional; you can use the request form instead. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unrelated sensitive information. A request submitted through chat becomes part of our service records.

Retention and safeguards

Access controls and encrypted connections protect account and sample information. Contact, billing, analytical, and sample-history records are retained as needed for the service, record integrity, and applicable obligations. Account deletion may not remove records that must be retained for these purposes.

Access, corrections and privacy questions

Email hello@canadapeptidetesting.com to ask about your information, request access or correction, or discuss deletion and public sharing. Include your request ID where available; do not send a password. We may need to verify your identity before releasing private information.
