How this analysis works
Content testing answers a different question from purity: how much target peptide is present in the sample received. It is not run by default. Ask for it in the notes on your request and it is added to the $280 CAD peptide analysis, subject to reference-standard availability, which can extend turnaround.
One vial cannot establish uniformity across an entire batch.

How much does peptide content testing cost in Canada?
The base peptide analysis is 280 CAD per accepted sample, excluding tax and shipping. Content measurement is requested separately; its feasibility, reference-material requirements and final price are confirmed during scope review. Volume rates apply to the base panel where eligible.

How long does this test take?
Timing is confirmed during scope review. Reference-material availability, sample preparation, method development or contract laboratory work can affect the schedule. Shipping time is additional.

Is peptide content testing included automatically?
No. Ask for it in your submission notes. Availability, reference-material needs, reporting basis, price and timing are confirmed during scope review.

Can you measure content in an opened or dissolved vial?
The laboratory must review the preparation history first. Include the diluent, final volume, withdrawals and preparation date where known. Missing preparation details can prevent a defensible comparison with the original label claim.

Does one vial establish the content of a whole batch?
No. The result applies to the submitted sample. Assessing batch uniformity requires an agreed sampling plan and multiple independently identified samples.
